Several people wounded in Paris knife attack near ex-Charlie Hebdo offices

At least four people were injured in a knife attack Friday outside the former Paris office of the Charlie Hebdo satirical weekly — and a suspect has been arrested, according to reports.

The incident comes as a trial in the French capital over the January 2015 Islamist attacks on the weekly and a Jewish supermarket was suspended for one day Thursday after one of the accused fell ill in the box, according to Agence France-Presse.

The defendant, Nezar Mickael Pastor Alwatik, was expected to undergo medical tests including for the coronavirus, his lawyer said.
