Throughout the past few months, most people have all developed a deeper appreciation of home and family.
“Home and family have always been of major significance to me; now more than ever, it is crucial to well-being. I find it rewarding to help people with one of the most important purchases they will make: buying a home,” said Marie Caplan, a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living.
Finding the right home to fit her client’s specifications, negotiating the best outcome and following through to a smooth transaction are very rewarding for Caplan.
“Working with relocation clients is exciting, too, to share all Houston has to offer. My Texas roots are intertwined with the growth of our great city. My grandfather and father both invested in the city. The home my father was born in is now center court for the Toyota Center. As a proud Houstonian, I genuinely love to help others find their place in this city I call home. The real estate industry has been in my family for generations and was a logical career choice for me,” Caplan said.
She grew up in the Inner Loop and has lived in many locations in the city and watched it grow.
With her knowledge of Houston and Texas, she works with buyers and sellers in the greater Houston area and the surrounding areas.
Caplan obtained her license in the 1980s and has purchased and sold homes. So, she appreciates first-hand what her clients experience.
Prior to real estate, Caplan worked in a large medical branch in Galveston in the development office, organizing events, and working on the layout for its newspaper, where she honed her attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and had a tenacious work ethic to meet deadlines.
“I believe raising my six children gave me a great deal of patience, understanding and listening skills, which is reflected in my profession,” she said.
Caplan is also an award-winning Realtor, with awards such as being a Top 100 agent in The Real Living Network and a Top Producer with Beth Wolff Realtors.
She also holds designations as Certified Relocation Specialist, and Certified Luxury and Home Marketing Specialist.
Caplan is known for her listening skills, patience, attention to detail and an intuitive problem solving.
She is also available to her clients, genuinely caring and keeping the transaction on track.
“There is nothing more satisfying than my clients enjoying their new home,” Caplan said.
