MTA mocks wedding party for hogging bus lane with photo op

Knot cool.

The MTA mocked a wedding party for holding up Midtown traffic and partially blocking a bus lane for a photo op.

“ARE YOU A BUS?” the agency tweeted on Monday.

The agency’s post was attached to video showing the bride and groom — and their roughly 15-person party — ambling down Fifth Avenue near West 41st Street as at least one photographer snaps away.

The group spans the width of more than half the road, including four party members and a photographer inside the bus lane, the video shows.

Behind the group, an MTA bus and an FDNY ambulance can be seen crawling along.

The MTA added: “(Congratulations and we wish you all the best, but please stay out of the bus lane).”

It’s unclear when the photo shoot took place, but footage of the spectacle was posted to TikTok on Sunday.
